Michael Kasparian is a seasoned business and nonprofit leader whose career evolved from over two decades in Rhode Island banking to more than fifteen years of chamber leadership on Cape Cod.
Kasparian relocated to Falmouth in 2005 while continuing to hold senior leadership positions in the banking industry. He joined the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce in 2008, first serving as Vice President of Business Development before being appointed President/CEO in 2014. In 2025, Kasparian helped lead the successful merger of the Falmouth and Cape Cod Chambers of Commerce, and he now serves as Executive Director of the Falmouth Chamber.
Kasparian holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Bryant University, as well as undergraduate degrees from Rhode Island College and the Rhode Island School of Design.
Committed to deepening his expertise in the nonprofit sector, Kasparian earned a Certificate in Nonprofit Organization Management from the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management at Villanova University in 2015, where he also served as co-President of his class. The following year, he was awarded the Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation by the American Society of Association Executives.
The Falmouth Chamber of Commerce remains a community focused organization dedicated to the advancement initiatives which touch all our residents and visitors. An Advisory Committee made up of seven members representing business, non-profit organizations, the scientific community, healthcare, public safety, schools, and tourism ensure that the Chamber remains engaged and collaborates with other organizations.
